Потому что не уверена в непромокаемости. Легкие. (чему там весить) , нет ни одного о познавательного знака. Велики на меня. И я не могу с уверенностью сказать, что мне прислали тот размер, что я заказывала К тому же упаковке просто в пакет и на одном сапоги образовался залом. Прийдется с ним побороться. Носить буду, но если бы увидела их, то не купила бы…..
